At Abbraccio, we create refined Italian-inspired food, pastry and dessert rooted in tradition, craftsmanship, and hospitality.

Inspired by the warmth of our Italian home baking and the elegance of old-world pastry traditions, our bakery was founded on the belief that simple ingredients — when treated with care — can become something deeply memorable. Every recipe is thoughtfully crafted in small batches using quality ingredients, time-honoured techniques, and a strong attention to detail.

“Abbraccio” means embrace, and that spirit of warmth, generosity, and gathering is woven into everything we make.

Our menu draws inspiration from home: delicate amaretti with crisp exteriors and soft centres, rich cocoa and espresso flavours, roasted pistachio, candied citrus, toasted almonds, and nostalgic recipes passed between generations. We are inspired by the desserts found in family kitchens, café counters, and celebrations — elevated through careful craftsmanship and thoughtful presentation.

At the heart of Abbraccio Cookies is a commitment to intentional baking. We believe luxury is not excess, but care: butter browned slowly, dough rested properly, ingredients chosen with purpose, and recipes made by hand rather than by shortcut. Our products are designed to feel both comforting and elevated — familiar flavours presented with refinement and artistry.
