We want you to truly enjoy what you receive!
If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 24 hours of pick up or delivery.
These issues might include damage, an incorrect order, or the item not being up to our standards.
Depending on the situation, we will honour the product to be replaced, or provide a full refund for the item.
Please return the product, and we will make it right.
We put care into every order, from the ingredients we choose to the way each box is prepared.
If something doesn’t feel right, we want to hear from you. Our goal is always to leave you feeling taken care of.
Cancellation & Changes Policy
Because everything is prepared fresh:
Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 72 hours in advance
Catering and large orders require 5–7 days’ notice for changes
Changes requested after this window may not be possible.
Cancellations for catering and large orders require 10 days notice.
