Online orders at this time are made in a kitchen that is NOT a gluten free facility. We take careful measures to ensure that our gluten free products have minimal opportunities for cross contamination. This includes using separate kitchenware, never baking gluten and gluten free products at the same time and clearly labelling stock ingredients separately. Gluten Free Flours
We use a few different gluten free flours in our products including almond flour, GF Oat flour, Ardent Mills Gluten Free Flour. If you want to verify brands, or discuss this further, please contact us.
Allergens
All our baked goods may contain traces of tree nuts, dairy, peanuts, eggs, wheat unless explicitly stated (e.g. gluten free cookies, dairy free cookies).
In our kitchen, options that are dairy free still contain, and or may contain eggs.
