Italian cuisine is about celebration, there is a recipe for everything. When my Nonna titled her recipes, there were staple recipes, and recipes titled or organized by event. For example, Italian rum cake was just titled, Italian birthday. On our menu, there is something for every occasion. It is celebration first and the food reflects the heart of that- joy.

Gluten-Friendly.
Italian food–like its language–is friendly! Our gluten free menu reflects our desire for multiple people to sit at our table. Nonna wanted to feed the world, and she always found a way. A gluten sensitivity in our family led us in our business to creating space for gluten free recipes.
When we started our business, we decided to do our best to ensure products that are traditionally gluten free (amaretti) and other gluten free recipes we make follow protocols to ensure the safety of people with sensitivity to gluten and gluten allergies.
I like to put the warning upfront. Currently, we do not have access to a gluten free only kitchen, and as such, our products are not celiac safe.
